About the Product

Gel Wax is a translucent, jelly-like candle wax composed of mineral oil and thermoplastic polymer resin. Its unique transparent appearance makes it ideal for creating decorative gel candles with embedded designs.

Unlike traditional wax, gel wax allows candle makers to place decorative items inside the candle such as dried fruits, shells, glitter, beads, or glass ornaments, creating visually attractive candles.

Gel wax candles also provide longer burn time compared to paraffin wax candles, making them both decorative and functional.

This wax is designed specifically for container candles and should not be used for pillar or mold candles.

Important Candle Making Notes

• Gel wax has a higher melting point than paraffin wax
• It should be melted in a pot over direct heat
• During melting, bubbles may appear in the wax
• To reduce bubbles, heat the wax to above 110°C

How To Use

1. Place the gel wax in a heat-safe melting pot.

2. Heat the wax over direct heat until fully melted (around 110°C).

3. Add fragrance oil if required (maximum 3%).

4. Place decorative embeds inside a heat-safe container.

5. Pour the melted gel wax slowly into the container.

6. Allow the candle to cool and solidify completely.

   Storage Instructions

   Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
   Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use.
